Tele-Suppport Worker

Hello, my name is Luiza and I am honestly grateful to be able to work at Social Call Services as a tele-support worker. It has always been my goal in life to make a difference in peoples lives no matter how big or small it could be. I am a sociology/psychology and quantitative research graduate with a drive to learn about people and the world around them. Helping those who might be lonely or struggling with mental health issues, is very close to my heart. Other than my interest in people, I am also an animal lover, my specific area of interest are reptiles; I myself own a bundle of joy covered in scales. My other hobbies include games, art, true crime and travel. I really enjoy learning about other people’s cultures because our differences is what make us unique. People talking about something they love and are passionate about is one of the most beautiful things in life, the pure happiness you can feel coming from them is one reason I truly love what I do. Knowing you are able to bring out that happiness out of someone makes me content.
